ShellIcon Hidden Window appears when PC acts up, please help!

My PC randomly acts up, and when it does I restart. But, when it does this
"acting up" when I restart, end program now for ShellIcon Hidden Window pops
up and ends program. At the select user screen, under my user Icon, it says 1
program running, but when I select user, and desktop pops up, no programs are
running, (except ShellIcon hidden window.) ShellIcon Hidden Window is never
evident in task manager, and I have repeatedly scanned and searched all my
files, and nothing comes up for this nuisance. Any ideas other than
re-installing windows? Please Help! :)

Shellcon hidden window is connected to MusicMatch Jukebox. Seeing
that during shutdown is pretty common. I think there might be a patch
you can download from the MusicMatch website that will take care of
this problem.
