Windows Vista Shell32.dll changed by icons and font

I've got AdAware spyware and HP pavillion v9500, Vista, and
today AdAware says a shell32.dll changed occured in computer
and my icons and fonts are very large and can't revert like
computer use to be.

Is this a spyware, a virus, and how do I revert to the size the
icons and font use to be???

Is this just on your desktop? If so, hold down CTRL and use the mouse scroll wheel to resize the icons.

Failing that, you can try a system restore to roll back your system to the previous day:

I don't think this is spyware or a virus, as it's not really a damaging symptom
