Shell.dll Problem

I have a MS Publisher CD that has worked fine for a while, but lately when I
try to open a new file, I get an error message that says "can't locate
shell.dll file".

So I uninstalled the program, thinking that I would reinstall and get rid of
the problem. But when I try to reinstall, I get the same message.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I tired the CD on another computer, and
it works fine on that one.

Try Start, Run, type "sfc /scannow" without quotes and hit Enter.
