shell 32.dll

When running AVG I noticed (despite declaring that I had no viruses) the
entry next to

C:\ WINDOWS\system32\shell32.dll Result..Change Status....Changed

Every other entry in this section says Result...OK
Status....quick checked

I haven`t noticed any problems with my PC.

I`m curious as to whether this situation is likely to cause a problem ?

Some of the recent Windows updates have included a new version of the
shell32.dll file. It seem that AVG is just taking note of the fact
that this file has been changed.
