Is there a way to stack sheet tabs when working with data bases containing a
large number of tabs? In other words, is there a way to view all the sheet
tabs in a single window instead of the usual "too many for one window" view?

If you right click on those VCR like controls to the left of the worksheet tabs,
you'll see a shortlist--with an option to see them all.
