Avoid unihiding of the hidden

Hi

I have created a workbook with only one sheet (Excel 2003). This sheet is
protected and so is the entire workbook.
In this sheet the row and column titles, sheet tabs, the horizontal scroll
bar and formula bar are hidden. The same goes for grid lines.

My problem now is: Can I in any way prevent users from viewing these things
again - without the use of macros? Actually the best would be if I could
prevent the users access to the View tab ind the Tools - Options dialog.

If you don't want other users to mess with your workbook, just password
protect the entire workbook.
If you want to share the data, create CSV versions for them.

The problem is, that I want to create a spreadsheet, where people can enter
some data, and nothing more. Right now I have password protected the
worksheet and workbook. And maybe I just leave it at that.
