Maybe...but probably not what you want.

In xl2003 menus, you could insert|object and put a workbook file object on a
worksheet. But I can't think of when this would be a good idea from a user
standpoint.

Yes This is possible to put sheet in a sheet

Go to insert << object << Create from File << Browse << Link To File
<< Display as Icon

Then OK
