Sharing violation

Hi,

I have a txt file that I can not modify it. As soon as I try to save
modifications, it says Sharing Violation.
How can I find which exe/dll/process is clocking it?

Copy it and make your changes. Rename the original file (in safe mode if
neccesary). Rename the copy to the original name.
