Sharing Violation

I get a sharing violation when I go to delete a file from
the folder on my PC that is shared with my IPAQ. The file
was created on the IPAQ and Activesync copied it to the
PC. I have reinstalled activsync on help If I make a copy
of the file and store it in another folder I get the same
results with the copy
