sharing violation HELP!!!!!!!!

I downloaded a self-extracting bios file. Realized it was wrong one and
tried to delete it and get can't delete sharing violation sorce or
destination may be in use or something to that effect. Why can't I delete it.
Haven't tried to extract it or do anything with it but delete it as soon as I
downloaded it. It won't let me delete it. I tried rebooting and even starting
up in safe mode but still get sharing violation. What could be using this
file? How do I delete it?

HELP!!!

Use handle.exe (sysinternals.com) to find the PID of the process that is
holding a handle open to the file.
Identify the process. Hopefully it is not the system process. you could
then temporarily stop the process, and delete the file.

I downloaded "handle" but I couldn't make any sense of it or the info it
printed on screen. Didn't the the file that was causing me trouble. I somehow
had this post posted twice. I used a program called copylock that another
user recommended and it deleted the file. So I'm happy now.

Thanks for your help anyways
