sharing tasks

I am currently using a current task folder (let's call it "appointments") on
a single computer. Is there a way to let other computers on the nework have
access to this folder (read/write access) through Outlook? Is this a
feature of Exchange?
 
If you have Exchange, you set permissions for other users to use the folder.
Right click it, properties, advanced, permissions tab.
