I'm trying to learn how to access the Outlook files on
another intraoffice networked computer.

Have been unsuccessful in many attempts.

Anyone have any suggestions or place to refer me to???

What have you been trying so far? Are you sharing PST files? If so, you
have to use net folders, and net folder sux! The easiest way to share a
folder/calendar, etc that is on someones exchange profile, is to have them
right click on the folder they want to share, click properties, then open
the permissions tab. Have them add the users that they want to be able to
see it, and set the appropriate permissions. Then, thave the use who needs
to see it go to File>open>other user's folder. type in the name, and the
folder. This always works good.
Net folders works sometimes. I would advise against getting your users to
use it. You'll end up with a LOT of extra admnistration every it screws up.
