Sharing Outlook folders

Is there a software/tool that can manage the permission on Outlook folders?
I need to give permission other people to access my folders. How can I give
permission on the parent folder and apply the change to all the subfolders
in Outlook? I am using Outlook 2003.

I also had this problem but got no decent answers. I found out by
myself.

You have to set the sharing permissions on the exchange server!

Go to the active directory users and set the users mailbox permissions
with the name of the person you want to be able to share to.
