Sharing Outlook Calendar

I am new to Outlook and I see that there is a way to share the Outlook
calendar and I need to do that so that my boss and I are on the same page
with his availablitly for estimates and meetings. I have tried everything and
have yet to get it to work. I realize this probably has something to do with
networking our computers, I've tried that too but I'm no IT professional, so
i would appreciate any help that can be offered. Thanks!

Depends on the backend. Are you using Exchange?
