Sharing Mailboxes

I have a question about sharing mailboxes. I have a General Manager that I
will call A.
I have a Supervisor that I will call B. Under the supervisor I have several
employees that I will call X and Y. User B would like to have access to X
and Y’s inbox. User A would like to access to user B’s inbox. When user A
looks at User B’s inbox he also want to have access to users x and y (like
subfolders of B). My question: is there a way to give User A access to users
B, X and Y’s inbox while only adding user B’s inbox to users A folder
structure. So to sum it up, User B would have access to users X and Y’s
inbox. User A would have access to User B’s inbox which would include X and
Y’s inbox. The ideal look would be similar to sub folders. In user A’s
mailbox would show User B’s inbox and X and Y’s inboxes would be sub folders
of B’s inbox.

No, X and Y will need to give permissions to A as well and mailboxes will
always show as their own folder set and not as a virtual folder set within
another mailbox.

Okay, I understand. I have another question for you. If I give user A
access to Users X and Y's mailboxes via the exchange server, is there a way
that user A can make changes to X and Y's out of office and rules? I
wouldn't want user A to have to physically access X and Y’s Computers. Since
A has access to the Users Mailboxes I would want all the changes to be done
from A’s computer.

Yes, that is possible then. User A must access those mailboxes as a separate
mail profile then or via OWA to change those options.
