Sharing Folders with Pasword Protection

Dear Sir,

Kindly suggest how to protect shared folders with password
in Windows XP Professional just like Windows 98, in which
user need to enter password to access the folder shared
via network.

Folder is in Windows XP Professional OS and need to access
from Windows98 SE.

XP doesn't use share-level passwords like 9x.
It uses permissions based on Username.

You must disable Simpple File Sharing, set up user accounts and set up the
share and NTFS permissions.
