Sharing folders on network

I have a small home network consisting of one desktop
connected to a netgear (wireless) router / ADSL modem,
and a laptop with wireless card. Each computer is
running Windows XP Home. Each computer has 2 seperate
users, one of which is an administrator account and one
of which is a limited account. I am able to share
folders and files when logged in on the administrator
account, but not when logged in as the limited account.
When I try to do so on the limited account by right
clicking on the folder to be shared, and clicking on
sharing and security, the box for file sharing on the
network is not accessible.

Can anyone help?

This is by design. Limited users are ... well, limited ... in the things
they can do.
