Sharing files over LAN's

My workplace has internet shared from the nearby company. Default
gateway of my workplace is 172.xx.X.X while that of company is
192.1xx.xx.x . I can share files within my workplace's network but
how can I access the pc's from the company .

You need to set a second IP address for your network adapter, e.g.
192.168.1.55. If you're not experienced with such things then it's best to
ask your network administrator to assist you.
