Sharing e-mail addresses from a group

Is there a way to share the e-mail addresses in a group with another person
so that that person can also use the addresses of that group. Or do I need
Microsoft Exchange to do that? The only thing I know how to do is copy and
paste each address individuall--that would take a long, long time with 100
addresses in my group.

Outlook does not use the term Group so you'll need to tell us what you are
actually using and also which version you have.

Sorry, Judy!

If I have several distribution lists in my list of email addresses, how do I
send one of them to another person so that person can use them in his/her
Outlook program? If you can help me, please be very detailed. . .I'm kind of
a novice with the features of Outlook. I use Outlook 2007, as does the person
I'm trying to send my distribution list so that she can use it to mail out
several emails to approximately 50 people on the list without having to enter
or copy/paste each email address separately.

Thanks for any help you can provide, Judy.

Insert the DL as an item in a Rich Text message. Your recipient should be
able to drag the attachment to her Contacts folder.
