sharing DNS and DHCP

I have DomainA. Im adding DomainB can DomainB recieve DNS queries from
DomainA DNS server and can DomainA DHCP assign addresses to those in DomainB?
Does this even make sense?
 
DHCP has nothing to do with Domains, ...nothing.

Run one Domain and save yourself a lot of trouble. The flat Domains of
NT4.0 are long since over.
