If you have stored the toolbar, the styles, and macros in your Normal.dot, I
suggest you copy the toolbar, the styles and the macros to a new template
(can be done via the Organizer). You can then distribute the new template to
all relevant users. When stored in Word’s Startup folder on the individual
user’s PC, the template will work as a global template and the macros and the
toolbar will be available to all documents.
Note that you may need to reassign the macros to the toolbar in the new
template to make it work.
