Sharing content between Media Center PCs?

I have two Vista PCs at home that run Media Center (one Home Premium and one
Ultimate).

I would like to share the recorded TV shows between these computers without
physically transporting the files on DVD/RW.

Is there an easy way for Media Center PCs to talk to one another?

Be aware that there is an error in the description towards the end of the
process. The new registry value should be \\computername\Recorded TV not
\\computername|Recorded TV as it says.
