Sharing contacts

I have a group of 7 users on a peer-to-peer network who
want to share a contact list. MS Outlook 2002 help files
state sharing contacts can be set up with Exchange server
and public folders. Thus we installed SBS2000 with a
public folder in Exchange. Four of the users have
Outlook 2000 and 3 have Outlook 2002. I created the
public folders in Exchange, but could not find a way to
tell outlook about the public folders except by
uninstalling Outlook 2002 and reinstalling it. During the
reinstall you are given the opportunity to connect to an
exchange server and thus the public folders. My first
question is can you connect to the public folders without
reinstalling Outlook 2002?

Second what about Outlook 2000?

This is possible indeed.
Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> Add a new E-mail Account-> select Exchange

The process is about the same for Outlook 2000 but you'll need to make sure
Outlook 2000 is in Corporate/Workgroup mode
