Sharing Contacts

My company is thinking of upgrading to office 2007 and would like to use the
Business Contact Manager but are wondering if the contacts can be shared and
updated by others. We are interested in creating a database that the entire
company has access too. I have looked around in the microsoft site and did
not find any information on that.

One BCM user can share their database with other BCM users on the same
network. That shared database can also be on a dedicated server.
However, sharing was designed to be easy (small businesses with no IT
staff) and optimized for a handful of users. If "entire company" is
more than a handful of users, you should consider Microsoft CRM which
is designed for larger organizations with IT staff that can configure
the system.
