Sharing Contacts and Caladers

Could someone explain to me how to share contacts and calanders between
several users on the same network. Do I need to do this through Sharepoint
and/or Exchange 2003, and if so, how? The users are all XP Pro and the
server is SBS 2003
 
You'll need to use Exchange, sharing either public folders or mailbox
folders. Outlook 2003 is the first version to support data sharing with
SharePoint.
