Sharing calendars

I share my calendar with 2 colleagues who are covered under our
confidentiality policy. However, our wider team is soon going to need access
to our calendars as well so they know when we are in and out. How can I
share my calendar with them without them seeing the details of my
appointments, but still allow my 2 immediate colleagues access to the
details?? Tried ticking the Private box but that restricts everyone.

Right-click the calendar folder, choose properties, access permissions tab,;
select every single user in the list and define his accessrights
individually..
Set access only to free/busy information for any users (anonyme or standard).
