sharing calendars

I Am a bit confused when sharing outlook 2003 calendars in our office, we are
using Exchange and all of the PCs except one have the sharing greyed out when
you right click the default calendar

The sharing is not greyed out if you use the other calendar in the user’s
mailbox but on my PC I only have the default calendar showing (greyed out)
and need to know how to get the calendar into my mailbox like the other PCs

Any help on sharing the calendars would be very much appreciated Help....

What is the delivery location of your account; i.e., what's in the drop-down
at the lower left of Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next?

Have tried in on Mailbox and personal folders its both the same

In order to share your calendar, it must be on the Exchange server, so the
first thing to do is to make sure your delivery location is the mailbox..
Then, stop and restart Outlook. Next, see this page:

read the topic "Share my Calendar, Contacts, or Tasks with other people".
Finally, talk to your Exchange administrators.
