Sharing Calendars with Co-Workers

At our office we have a small network and we are using Outlook 2002 for email. We'd like to sync
everyone up so we can see each other's calendars and things like that. Is that what Exchange is
for? And can we simply install Exchange on our existing server or is that something that would nee
it's own box? I've not used Exchange before.
