sharing calendar & contacts

small (<10 people + computers), non-profit (church) office needs to share calendar & contacts; running Outlook 2000 + 2002. Only way is to purchase 3rd party software at cost of nearly $300? Thank you. (MS Exchange Server -- which we cannot afford - is that a computer or is it software?)

Are these the only two folders that you want to share? Are you no a net work or will the trasnfer be done by a floppy or Zip disk?

Yeah my mate asked me this the other day... I would also like to know the answer. His case the 6 pc's are connected via 100mb cat5e windows network with ADSL gateway..

.... So any ideas / feedback on this a big help..

Look at mail servers on google.com - there are several low or no cost
servers that will enable simple sharing of contacts and calendars.

account will be deleted without reading.
