Shared Contacts and Viewing Activities

We have a group of 5 people that need to see contact activity to include
tasks, notes, journal, calendar items. I tried sharing contacts and found
that we can not view the all the contact activity, only our individual
activity. I think we need to purchase an add-on for Outlook. Can anyone
suggest a solution without us investing a lot of money? Is BCM for
individuals and will I have the same issues with BCM? Thank you!

I suggest you go ask in the BCM newsgroup and do a Google on Outlook CRM to
see what add-ins apart from BCM exist.
