Sharing AutoText entries

I have several Word 2007 templates users access from an intranet site. These
templates need to use the same AutoText entries. What do I need to do, to
share the same AutoText entries with multiple templates? Because this is a
long list of AutoText entries, I'd like to be able to update the entries once.

Thanks in advance!

For each user, place the template containing the AutoText entries in the
folder where the Building Blocks.dotx file resides. That way, these
AutoTexts are always available.

Thanks Stefan. The templates do not reside in a folder for each user. The
users access these templates from a single intranet site. The templates
reside in one folder. So...if I put the AutoText entries in Building
Blocks.dotx, in theory, any template could use these Autotext entries, right?

Yes, the AutoTexts in a user's Building Blocks.dotx template can be used in
any document (or template) for that user.

However, in this case it seems simpler to create a document template with
all the necessary AutoText entries and then copy that template into each
user's building block folder.
