Sharing appointments in outlook calender

Is there a way for one calendar to automatically replicate
an appointment to another calendar. We are using 3
calendars for scheduling conference rooms and need to
ability to replicate the appointment from one calendar to
another without having to do this by hand. any ideas.

We are experimenting with a Shared Calendar. A central
person maintains the calendar and shares it with all
others. It takes a couple of days to stabilize itself but
then works pretty good. I say pretty good because we also
are trying to use it to post reminders but the reminders
don't pop up on the folks receiving the shared calendar.

Start the process with the master calendar, and going to
File and Share.
