Sharing access over a network and making run-time version

I under stand you can share MS Access over a network, but you would need a
run-time version installed on computers that do not have MS Access installed.

What is the software I would need?

How would I install the run-time components on the computers that are not
using MS Access?

If I buy the software to make a .mdb database an run-time, does that give
the the rights to sell the database?

Has it's own installer.
