Sharing a Folder

We are currently using Windows 2000 and I am the main
operator for the outlook folder. We input all contacts
into one computer and then share it from there. My problem
is that when sharing is there a limitation to the number
of people we can share a folder to? The reason I ask is
because we are constintly have 1 or 2 people kicked off of
the share. Please help me.

Is your Outlook setup on an Exchange box or is it local to
your station? If on exchange, you can make it a public
folder and all users can have access to it and you can
give it rights so that you can maintain data integrity.
