sharing a distribution list

I'm trying to find a way to share distribution lists with others. The how-to
in Outlook 2003 help contains features not available in my Outlook 2003. Is
there anyway to share a distribution list between two people?

I don't know what you have found in Outlook help, but nevertheless you can
try a tool called ShareContacts. It can share Outlook contacts and
distribution lists with other Outlook users. You can download it from:
