Sharing a Client Attached Printer

I have a group of five users, three of whom log onto a server using
Neoware clients and two who use PCs on the domain. One of the neoware
users has a printer attached to her device that we want to share with
the rest of the domain users in the group. Can someone point me to the
how-to for this? I'm just not finding it.

Through the Microsoft Terminal Services client and server, you can not
share a device connected to one client with another client. I do not
know if neoware makes this possible.
