Sharepoint editing with Frontpage

I am working on a SharePoint site to share documents. I would like the site
to feature document libraries and allow users easy access to Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint sites. After creating document libraries using the create tool, I
placed the document libraries onto the Home page by using WebParts. The next
view (View A) is organized in a folder structure that allows to expore the
folder for the documents. The folders I create will be viewable on the home
page by way of web parts.

On the home page, you now see the document library and the subfolders that I
had created. When clicking on the subfolder, the home page is reloaded and
you will see the files under the subfolder appear on a reloaded home page. I
would prefer the site to go to view 1 instead of simply reloading the home
page and viewing the documents through the home page. I tried editing the
page with Frontpage and discovered that under the web part folders, that it
automatically would run java script commands. I would like to know how to
disable the java script commands embedded in the Sharepoint webparts
programming with Frontpage.
