Shared Workbook with Share Point Services

I have shared a workbook out for multiple edits in Excel
2003, but when I place this shared workbook on a Share
Point Server, only 1 person at a time can check out the
document and edit it. Is there any way around this?
 
In the WorkBook go to tools/Share WorkBook and check Allow
share by more than one user. Also while there look at the
advance options.
