Shared workbook problem

I have a shared workbook that when a certain person opens
it she has EXCLUSIVE use. When she closes it down and
reopens it she gets a blue screen and it locks her system.

Everyone else can use the file fine as long as this one
person doesn't open it first.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

I would take away her "exclusive" privilege. Let her
share like everybody else. See if it works more smoothly.
