shared session word 2003

How do you share a session in ms word 2003 as you do in OneNote 2003. My team
is working on project and we are constantly updating the report, but we have
different versions. Is there anyway we can all work on the same report at the
same time so there wouldn't be any inconsistencies? I know OneNote can do
this, can MS Word 2003 do it aswell?

No. Word goes to some length to prevent write access to a document by
more than one user at a time. After the first user, the others will be
forced to open it in read-only mode.
