Shared printer only sshows up in one profile in XP pro

I have a computer on our network that has a printer hooked up via USB and it
is shared out. If I add the printer to another computer it only shows up
under the adminitrator profile. It does not show up when someone else logs
in. Any help would be appreciated.

connections are a per user setting. Here's some information on using
rundll32 for adding a per machine connection. The biggest drawback is the
fact that you need to use rundll32 to remove these types of printers.
