Shared printer not accessible

It shows as shared on the attached computer. But the other computers can't
see the computer with the printer. All IE functions (shared) work perfectly.
Also, "sharing" is installed on all 3 computers. Must I rebuild the entire
network? It is a problem because the one older computer has no USB ports.
XP home on all 3 computers. Thanks.
