Shared/Non Shared Border?

I've recently been to a site whose left hand border, that contained nav
buttons, and top banner remained stationary while the page was able to be
scrolled up and down. Would this be considered a "non-shared" border? Can I
do this in FP2002 and if so, how?
Thanks, Catt

That would most likely be a frameset, no shared borders.

Thanks, I put "frameset" in the help search and was able to figure out how to
do it.

There are a lot of drawbacks to using frames, and most apply to your users being able to use your
site effectively. If all possible avoid using them.

If you don't want your users to have scroll back up the page to use the navigation, then consider
adding navigation across the bottom of the page.
