Shared internet

A really stupid question!!!

We have NTL broadband installed in one of the rooms which
runs directly into someone else's computer. Recently we
have added a hub and use XP networking and shared
internet to get internet on other computers too (i.e
mine) Can the person who's computer hosts the interenet
connection see what I am looking at and details i'm
entering??

No, generally someone on the host computer cannot see what you are looking
at or what you are entering.
