Shared Internet Connection - svchost problem

I set everything up for static IP as shown below and the shared Internet
dialup started working great immediately with no abnormal svchost issues.

SPONGEBOB

IP Address: 192.168.0.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: none
Preferred DNS Server: none
Alternate DNS Server: none

DELBOY

IP Address: 192.168.0.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1
Preferred DNS Server: 207.69.188.187
Alternate DNS Server: 207.69.188.186

ROUTER

Mode: Router (as opposed to Gateway)
DHCP Server: Disabled
DNS Server: Disabled
IP Address: 192.168.0.3
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: none
Preferred DNS Server: 207.69.188.187
Alternate DNS Server: 207.69.188.186

Well, Jordan,

If this works for you, then I'm happy for you. But I have no idea how it works.
Can you do file sharing, and can you access the Internet from both computers, to
your satisfaction?
