"shared" folders disapear

Hi
We are using Nero StartSmart to copy music tracks and also have tried Windows Media Player 9 to do the same. We have several user profiles set up and so save all our music to the "Shared Music" folder. On winows explore this folder shows up under as a main folder under "My Computer". Neither of these programs show it on their screens - ie windows under "media player" and Nero when you look for audio files
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

In Windows Explorer, have a look in C:\Documents and Settings
