Shared Fax on SBS 2000

I have a computer that gets an error "cannot find fxsres.dll" when trying to
print to the shared fax printer. We have deleted the fax printer in Windows
XP PRO SP2 and reinstalled it, but it still gives us the same error message.
Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanks.

Your environment is not clear from the mail. I am assuming the following
setup & answering the post.

You have a shared fax server on SBS 2000. From a XP SP2 machine you added a
printer connection to shared fax server. From XP SP2 when you print to
shared fax server you get an error 'cannot find fxsres.dll'.

Did you happen to delete any fax related files from under your
%windir%\system32 directory? Please search for fxsres.dll under
%windir%\system32 & let us know the results. You can do this by running the
command "dir /s fxsres.dll" from %windir%\system32 directory.
