Shared exchange contacts not syncing

I've got a lawyer who shares his contact list with 3 secretaries. The
secretaries all have Publishing Author permissions to the folder in
question. I'm running Exchange 2000 server (sbs) and Outlook 2002 on all
clients, all are patched and up to date.

Weeks ago, the copies of the address book on each workstation stopped
showing changes made by the other users. Although any adds or deletes they
make show up when logging in to Outlook Web Access.

I have tried switching to offline and back to online, I've taken share
rights away from the secretaries and given them back, all to no avail.

Why would the OWA copy work, and none of the users' outlook copies?

Ayudame!

How are they set up to share this address book?
Is it a public folder that they share?
Did you recently update their Outlook to 2002?

Nikki,

The address book isn't set up as a public folder. The other users are
delegates. They have Editor permissions to view the primary user's contacts
and view it in Outlook Folders.

They've been using OL 2002 for a couple of years, and this setup is nothing
new. Any idea what's going wrong?

Could the "Private" setting have tripped on for the
main client?

Select the TOOLS menu
Select OPTIONS...
Click the E-MAIL OPTIONS... button
Click the ADVANCED E-MAIL OPTIONS... button

Near the bottom of the window is a text box titled:
"Set sensitivity"
Is this set to PRIVATE?

I would also look into the CACHE as a possible problem.

If the client(s) are using a PST that is not synch'ing back to
the server...etc.
