'Shared Documents' have changed to 'Documents' and are inaccessible

My 'Shared Documents' folder has been replaced by
a 'Documents' folder under My Computer, and it is
inaccessible. When I click on it, it is read only, but I
can't change it. It says I don't have permission.

Any ideas how to get it back?
