Once you set the Permissions correctly, you should be able to view the

Thanks for the quick reply. Since I no longer have a Shared Folder and
the
destop.ini file, would it be possible for me to import that folder from
another XP computer?

I unsuccessfully tried to set up a Home Network to share a printer.
Decided
not to but I must have deleted the Shared Document Folder. In it's
place
under My computer, is my documents and documents. I am unable to
access
the
Documents folder (c:\documents and settings\All users\documents) I
am
therefore unable to reinstall a program that I need as it is unable
to
access
that folder. Have done a system restore. It didn't solve the
problem.
Is
there anything I can do?
Are you receiving an "Access Denied" when navigating to the folder?
If
you
are then change the permissions on the folder and you may need to
take
ownership. Once you are able to access the folder then the Shared
Documents
will appear in My Computer. You will need Administrator privileges to
change
the folder permissions.
